Data from the Office of the State Courts Administrator shows that the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office ranks second out of 20 Judicial Circuits for felony conviction rates.

For the 2021-22 fiscal year, State Attorney Dave Aronberg’s office convicted 94.6% of its cases – the office’s highest mark in more than 10 years, according to a news release. This statistic includes guilty pleas and jury trial verdicts.

Aronberg called it a credit to the professionals and support staff in his office: “Our top priority is protecting public safety, and we will continue to evaluate reforms to improve the criminal justice system.”
