Dave Aronberg won’t seek 4th term as State Attorney

by The 100 Companies

One of the state’s most prominent Democrats has decided that being thrice-elected Palm Beach County State Attorney is enough.

Dave Aronberg, who also served as a state Senator, won’t say what he plans to do next, but he’s been seen often making national TV appearances on CNN and MSNBC as a legal expert.

So far, defense lawyer Gregg Lerman is the only announced candidate for Palm Beach County State Attorney in the 2024 election cycle. But Aronberg is not ready to endorse a successor.

“Nothing is forever, and this position is not meant to be a lifetime career,” he said.
