A new Miami-Dade group supporting Republican influencer Alex Otaola’s bid for county Mayor has enlisted the services of convicted South Florida political operative Roger Stone.
Otaola, who runs a channel on YouTube focused on the threat of communism, is running against Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava for the 2024 election.
Both Otaola and Stone are allies of former President Donald Trump.
Stone encouraged longtime friend Trump to run for President and worked in both official and unofficial capacities for his campaigns. Trump commuted Stone’s three-year prison sentence for obstruction and witness tampering during an investigation into Russian election interference.
