Palm Beach County Republican Party Chair Kevin Neal said the total was the highest ever raised by a county-level Republican party in Florida.
Loser: Joe Martinez
Martinez lost a futile effort to get Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge Lody Jean thrown off his public corruption trial. An appellate court called the Hail Mary move “legally insufficient.”
Martinez was suspended from the Miami-Dade Commission over the corruption allegations, and now the trial can move forward.
